Faith with Extra space has truly met all my concerns, she’s a great asset to Extra space and to my surprise, she gave me the feeling of satisfaction although we were working with second parties services because we had no WiFi and power lines were down. Faith was working with limited resources at her location on Vintage Preserve/ Louetta Rd., Spring, TX. Bless her heart, no internet and power was out, yet she was able to rent me three units that I desperately needed. I’m satisfied! This just occurred and I am just upset and at a loss for words. We have been without power for six days. My son had brain surgery a few months ago, making him prone to seizures if he overheats. To manage, we have been using our storage unit to store some of our belongings and decided to charge our devices and eat in the cold air. Recently, a woman tried to secretly record us while we were there packing our car up to leave. I reported the incident to the office, believing she was an employee. However, the manager informed me that she was a new renter who had just started today. I am at a loss and frustrated by her actions. You should never record Somone and their children especially with what’s going on today. I more so even frustrated that I can’t report her the manager said she will talk to her. I really wanted to report this lady. Be ware if you see her I don’t know her intentions.

Very clean, affordable and friendly staff. Management took the time to call after I moved my things in just to make sure I didn't need anything else and answer any questions I had. Never had that from a storage unit before.

I have been a unit since June 2023. I had worked with different managers, but I had to share about a particular interaction with Faith. I had been waiting for a package from UPS for 3 weeks. UPS had attempted and was unsuccessful in (2) delivery attempts and I only had (1) more before the package would be returned. There was a new UPS driver on the route. I called Faith and asked her if she could let me know when she was not in the office, so I could come and wait in the parking lot. She did let me know she was out on the property and so my parking lot sitting began. When she was done on the property, Faith came to my car. She thought it was crazy I was willing to sit in my car for this package. We agreed to leave a note on the front door for the UPS driver, if Faith had to go back out on the property or get the package herself if she was going to be in the office. As a small business owner, it is EXTREMELY helpful when people and companies you work with think outside of the box or stretch a bit to help easily resolve a situation. As a customer, to see Faith demonstrate this level of customer service and concern is sadly a trait that rarely gets witnessed. I normally do not write reviews. Even bad ones, I just stop doing business with those people of companies. But I wanted to thank Faith in a way that all would know.

This place is very clean and the people were very approachable and polite. This is my second time leasing with them.

It was so easy to set up online. I got instant access and was able to get into the unit right away. Great experience so far!
