SeQuincia is an exceptional manager and her work ethic speaks volumes of her character. I booked my storage unit online via a third party site, and SeQuincia made the process smooth, efficient, and I instantly felt valued during a tumultuous season in my life. My spouse and I accidentally left some of our belongings outside of our storage unit in a rush to get to our destination. She called to inform me that my belongings were and are still safe with her, and to give her a call when we're in the area. This is the type of service I expect, and she made a monumental impact on my life, she has no idea. Her service recovery is exceptional and completely unmatched. I called today to speak with her regarding our lock and key and she made sure that everything was handled with the least amount of confusion as possible. I genuinely value SeQuincia because she effortlessly displays hospitality by reminding her guests that she is willing and able to help with any questions, comments, and concerns.
