Ms. Patricia extends EXCELLENT Customer Service. She not only called and reviewed the "Move Out" notification she also ensured that we would not be autodradted the entire month when we only needed a couple more weeks after a Nightmare of a move. She is very detail oriented and has gone above and beyond to lessen the sting of what was our situation of desperation. I am not at all surprised that she is a Manager. She certainly deserves a raise and a Bonus. TY Ms. Patricia for taking EXCELLENT care of us??????

My initial plan to have this storage was for only 2 months, but here going on 5 years I am still here. Pat was and always have been great and awesome to her customers. She always have the best attitude. I appreciate her taking the time to make sure that all her customers are good and always willing to help. She is a great ASSET to any company. Many people always put the effort on complaining, but never enough effort to give people that deserves the praise and the thank you.
