I really enjoy Patricia. She is polite, patient and really enjoys her job. The property is always clean!

Patricia and Anthony are just so kind. They work well together, and they also accommodate their guest. I loved my time here however I no longer need a storage unit, but if I ever do, I will go back if Patricia and Anthony are still there. It was the best decision to rent a storage unit from the Jones Road location because Patricia and Anthony were so great. I never had any problems and when I needed help, they were always there to assist me. They changed the locks to more secure ones and I couldn’t be more thankful as it protected my stuff even more. I’ve been to other locations just to look and see if they were any good and the Jones Road location was just so secure and Anthony and Patricia were so kind making the hassle of getting a storage room so much better. Also, Patricia makes herself available to everyone At any time and she’s very personable. Anthony is always willing to help and go the extra mile to make sure that you’re taken care of. I could not recommend this location off due to Anthony and Patricia being so great!

Patricia, the store manager, is amazing. She is very communicative, inviting, and an all around nice person to do business with. When we arrived in person, she greeted us with the same friendly energy and even brought us bottled water—such a thoughtful touch that really made us feel welcome and appreciated. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and secure, but it’s the level of customer service that truly sets this place apart.
