The manager for this location, Elizabeth, is awesome. Such a kind, helpful person and professional. She went above and beyond to help me coordinate a POD delivery to the location (which they normally don’t allow) because I had a really tight moving window and no time to stop in Houston. She took all my phone calls over 3 days and worked with me on getting the POD delivered, even though it wasn’t a smooth process. I never expected such a level of service and care, and was so happy and pleasantly surprised. She saved me such a big headache and a ton of money, I can’t thank her enough. If anyone has storage needs in Houston, I would definitely use this location. Very clean and well managed, I stored my items for about 2 years with no issues at all. Thank you again Elizabeth, you’re the best!

The process was easy, didn't like the fact that I had to purchase your insurance. It was confusing trying to find my unit, I called and a staff member came to help me and my son find the unit. I still can't figure out how to open the gate using the app. But it was a great experience. Nothings perfect.
