I had the opportunity to speak to Rudy, sometime I can be a bit slow, this guy was so patience and kind to me. Between arranging day and time with the movers and selecting the right storage size, I probably called him like 5 times and each time he would answer me very politely and professionally even if the call was about something he already told me. I was so touch, I kept apologizing but he said no ma’am you are good, call me if you still have any questions. Once I completed everything online, he called to let me know he sent me all the information and package to my email, he also explained every to me, how to access the doors, where the elevators are etc. he definitely made my weekend, thank you Rudy and have a wonderful Easter weekend????
