After numerous issues with many frustrating storage solutions, both Public and privately owned, l changed my search criteria to focus on safety, cleanliness and security. I found Extra Space to be not only the best rated in those categories, but after a visit to the Brittmoore location l decided for myself that this storage company stood out above the rest and even exceeded my expectations. For such a reasonable price, l found no other facilities offering the same amenities: climate control, bright lighting, secured entry and exit, well-maintained and fully functional elevators, accessible parking -- not to mention an actual on-site office occupied by reliable, responsive and friendly Human Beings! Extra Space Storage is the place to go. Spectacular!!!

No issues. Used them for about 9 months. Staff were always friendly. When my prices got raised suddenly and I went in to discuss, they were willing to negotiate a new price. Everyone always courteous. Gates always worked. Building well maintained. Zero complaints!
