So far I have had a great experience. I haven’t moved in yet but I spoke with Ashley at the Corporate Call center and she was able to help me get the best price and location. This is a fairly new location I believe and the price is better than the storage facility I am currently at but then I have been there longer than I planned but now they continue to raise the rent quite often. Everything was handled over the phone. I received a call immediately afterward from the location I am renting from to let me know I needed to just digitally sign a few documents and I could start moving. Right now I couldn’t be more pleased.

I’ve never experienced any issues at Extra Space Storage on Brittmoore. The gate is always functional as well as the elevator and they always have carts to help carry things. Chelsea at the office was also very quick and helpful when I wanted to upgrade to a larger storage. Thanks to the staff for the quick responses and keeping us updated on any changes.
