I just downsized from 3 units to 2. The process was very very easy and the front office was very responsive. I have had units at this Extra Space Storage for four years and have been very happy. There are cameras everywhere and I do feel safe when I am at my unit. The facility as a whole is clean and I occasionally see the manager walking around. She is super nice and very approachable. I recommend Extra Space Storage on Brittmore. They are also reasonably priced.

I like this place. Very well organized, convenient facility, clean, well ventilated, good a/c, good lighting. Prices are very reasonable, and they often have very low price flash offers, like $8-$10/mo, if you pay 4 months in advance. I just caught one and rented the second unit. The actual sizes of units are a bit less than advertised but it not a problem if it is $8/mo. Many thanks to Chelsea, she is great!
