Rick gave me the best customer service experience I’ve ever had honestly. He went above and beyond to ensure we understood every process. Even with the mishap we had with the storage, he was always available and willing to help in all ways! Great guy, made us change our mind about the entire company. When the mishap happened, we were going to leave the company, but Rick’s personability and service helped us make a decision to stay.

FIRST?? Let’s talk about why I like EXTRA SPACE storage??? Um…because it’s clean and secure duhh!!!!?? We can talk about prices too?? Find me a storage facility cheaper with the same qualities?? I’ll wait. NOW?????? Let’s talk about Mr. RICK ESPINOSA?? He is WELL INFORMED on all things EXTRA SPACE STORAGE located on Wilcrest?? by the way. Mr. RICK understand the needs of the customer whereas to be accommodating to the customer with storage space availability. He is very nice and he’s funny, seems like a fun guy to hang out with. Maybe he does comedy on the side.????????? ANYWHOO!???? If your ???? looking for a place & you need EXTRA SPACE, go check the business out.
