Where ever Rick the manager goes i go. I use to have a storage with Uhaul because he use to be the General Manager there but when I heard he works for another company (Extra Space Storage) I move all my belongings out of Uhaul and store it here. I only trust Rick with my belongings. He gives me a peace of mind knowing it safe. Thank you Rick for all you do.

I had the most pleasant experience at the Extra Storage facility at, Wilcrest Dr in HTX with Mgr. Rickey! That guy is such a good example of what superior customer service is! I was greeted with enthusiasm, with knowledge and with patience. I was made a priority! I appreciate the big cart on site. That makes moving so much easier!
