I rarely leave reviews, but I genuinely had to for Ty because the level of professionalism and customer service stood out immediately. From the moment I walked in, she was patient, respectful, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She answered every question clearly, helped me find the best option for my situation, and treated me like more than just another customer. What really impressed me was her attitude and work ethic. Even while handling multiple people and tasks, she stayed calm, organized, and incredibly helpful. You can tell she actually cares about doing her job well and representing the company the right way. I simply love my storage at Extra Space Storage. My unit along with the property, elevators and front office is always so clean. The management team is simply AWESOME!! They are always there to help with any questions or concerns. I’m truly glad I chose the Extra Storage location that I did.
