We have used Extra Space Storage for years in 3 different states. We recently reserved a unit at this location. In just 90 days, the payment DOUBLED. This has never happened in the history of us using Extra Space Storage. I understand slight increases (over time for long-term rentals, however going from $65 to $137 in 90 days is absolutely ridiculous & a great way to lose loyal customers (especially when it is a “Small” unit). When I called, Randi stated that when you reserve units online, that the price is promotional. AGAIN, this has never happened at any other facility, and we’ve always reserved our units online. We will be removing our items as soon as we can; however, this is more than an inconvenience, and we’re not even in Texas at the moment, and probably won’t be for another few months. CHOOSE A DIFFERENT FACILITY IF YOU NEED A UNIT LONGER THAN 90 DAYS.
