I was going to reserve a small unit here until I got to the end of filling out the agreement online just to find out they bump the charges for items like a admin fee that is almost the same as a months rent and if you want insurance wow talk about up charge. Glad I didn't after reading some of the reviews

Rude woman yelled at me when I checked out stored my stuff here for a year and it was good until this woman yelled at me and ruined my day all I did was say I’m done with my unit and I’m checked out and she yelled at me OK I’ll clean it and sign you out she yelled at very rudely it made me so mad to be this disrespected !
