Jamie at the Kingwood (Mills Branch) location didn't have a space that met our needs but was extremely helpful in making suggestions and looking up locations that could help us.

Great experience. We needed to move from one unit to a larger one. Vanessa was very helpful explaining how to move the accounts and letting me know of the available discount online too! I would definitely recommend!

This storage facility is well taken care of, is well lit, and has video surveillance on the premises. I’m happy about the promotional pricing offered to me. The manager, Jaime Felan was very knowledgeable and professional. I look forward to utilizing the extra space while my house is up for sale, as buyers are looking for that HGTV look in their next home! This storage facility will help me meet their expectations!
