I’ve known Ralph before the acquisition or acquiring of the old storage company. He’s always done a great job and I understand why he is still there and a valued member of y’all’s team. He’s understanding and kind. Every time I’m there, he’s out and about taking care of the property and building. Great relationships with the renters.. He has came by and Interacted with us as I was at the storage with my kids. He has walked around with my kids, showing them different storages and teaching them things.
