$50 Moving Truck Credit in New York City

Only available at participating locations for selected units. Extra Space will provide a $50.00 credit for customers that use a moving truck or moving service to move into the Extra Space facility. To redeem, customers must provide a valid receipt from the moving service to the store manager. Please see the store manager for additional details.

Unit sizes advertised for rent are approximate only and units at the self-storage facility may differ slightly in shape and/or size. Customers should inspect the actual unit to be rented before signing a rental agreement and should base the decision to rent on the inspection of the unit and not on the advertised unit size. Rental amounts for a particular unit are not based on square footage measurements.

The move in process was quick and the manager Ralph was kind and, even though it was around half an hour after office hours, he still went out of his way to personally show us the storage unit and explain how everything worked. It is nice to have a responsive manager on hand to address any issues should they come up, and he seems to really care about security as well. The storage units themselves seem clean and are in good condition. It is nice to have a light in the storage unit also. The rental prices are more affordable than most of the other storage companies in the surrounding area. All in all, I would strongly recommend this storage facility.

Absolutely top-notch customer service! I had a great experience with SteelCreek storage from beginning to end. I did everything online and was able to access my unit same day after office hours. Also, I forgot to mention they provide a lock. From the moment I inquired about a unit, the Ralph went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. He was friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive—answering all my questions and helping me access unit. The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained. I’ve used storage services before, but none have matched the level of care and attention I received here. Highly recommend if you're looking for a place that truly puts customers first!
