I want to take a moment to thank Tristian at Extra Space Storage. I’ve been using this location for about a year, and he has always been incredibly helpful with any requests I’ve had. His communication and customer service have been excellent. If you’re in the Lewisville or Coppell area and need a storage unit, this is the place to go. I would recommend this storage facility on customer service alone. When I got to the office Tristan, the guy in the office, was with another customer put still took the time to acknowledge me and let me know there was an issue and it might be a minute. He was very polite about it to both the person he was helping and myself. He handle the situation in a fast and effective manner but made sure the other persons needs were fully met before turning to me. That's how I would have wanted it if I was in the other guys situation. He listen to my problem, situation, and how I was wanting to resolve it, and accommodated me. I was late on my payment so they had put a hold on my gate code. He fixed that in the computer but because there could sometimes be a lag time was even nice enough to walk out with us and open the gate,, just in case. Not too many people who work with public SHOULD, but Tristan was very accommodating, professional, and polite. The facility was fine as well. It was well lit, clean, fair priced and had plenty of carts to help with moving your stuff. The only thing I would change is the hours of entry. But I think they even make acceptions for that if you ask on advance. So a 5 star is well deserved here.

Fantastic storage facility. On less than an hour's notice, I was able to book a climate-controlled unit online, sign the lease, and get the keys for an emergency move. Tristan (the manager) is also incredibly helpful. He told me everything I needed to know, and keeps the facility in great shape. He was a pleasure to deal with and made the process seamless, even when I had to correct a typo with my personal information I'd made. I was running on fumes when I got the unit set up, and was able to immediately get going thanks to Tristan's help. Thanks so much to him.
