I rented at the Coppell, TX Denton Tap location. Facility was good, safe and organized. Attentive staff and good customer service. They promptly returned calls also. My rental costs went up without a notice, their staff refunded the difference. I wish the company had a better business model to retain clientele for the long term. They have a basic teaser rate with a $29 admin fee, rates are raised after 3 to 4 months, mine went up 40% which I didn't accept. I feel a reasonable rate, focused on a long term rental would benefit both the company and clients. I rented a 10X20 enclosed space.

Mr. Kevin was a complete gentleman & very patient with everybody dealing with downed trees, power outages and damages from the May 27-28 storms. I was moving & Extra Space Storage was the only place where I didn't have to cry & actually got results. I lost everything but pride & sentimental things in the Memorial day storm. Thank you so very much for that. I'll forgot this business not taking advantage of me when I was nearly at a point of shock. This was a win-win on so many levels!!!
