Brent(in the Coppell tx location-on Beltline)is such an awesome person. I had a conversation from the very first time I got my storage and he has always been super nice, kind, considerate, knowledgeable and much more. He treats you like family and it makes it so much easier to communicate with him. He is straight forward and he do what he can to assist. Overall, he is a man of his word! Thank you Brent for everything and simply being a nice person! We need more people like you!????

This is a very clean property and I had a climate controlled space which was very nice. Management is great and very helpful. The sign-up process was so wonderful. All I had to do was make a phone call and they help me choose a property and a unit and set it all up before I got there. The lock and keys were waiting in my unit and all I had to do was move in. I would definitely use ExtraSpace storage again. I have used others in the past and none of them were this headache free. Great program and service!

Was looking for a nearby storage with 24/hr access for my project vehicle, and came across this location in January 2024. The location was perfect due to it being near my place of work. Had to change units a couple of times due to leaks, and Brent took care of me every time. Brent was knowledgeable, courteous and was able to answer any questions or concerns I had. Would highly recommend Extra Space Storage!

The staff is very nice and the process only took about 10 minutes. And it was over the phone so that's a good thing even with this virus situation. One person who stood out is Ms. Bridget. Once I arrive to the facility she was able to quickly complete the paperwork in a process. To note you do have to have insurance on your storage. Overall I am completely satisfied so far. We will see over the months ahead whether anything changes. Awesome work and special thanks to Mr. Brett, and Ms. Bridget thst makes it worth wild when it comes to storage. Thanks !!
