I have to say, I was not sure if the new management would fill the shoes of the old one- but boy was I wrong. Brent is absolutely amazing. He has gone above and beyond to maintain/keep my business and provide excellent customer service. I feel good recommending my customers, family, and friends to this location with Brent as the Property Manager. He carries himself very well professionally and also with natural human empathy. If I have an issues he is always attentive, responsive, and active to finding a solution. I would like to also give credit to the higher up management for maintaining such a great culture and bringing Brent to this Coppell location. I will continue to do business here because of my great experiences with Brent! Thank you

This was the clean storage place and Brent was very nice and sweet it was an awesome experience I will definitely use them again if needed out of all the others places this one is worth getting

Staff at this location is great, and you can tell they care about the place. My only hang up is they jack up the rent every 6 months.
