Today I was suppose to move out of my unit but, my Uhaul broke down. I called the office and spoke with Matthew, to make him aware of what I was up against and that I was worried that I would have to pay another full month. I advised Matthew that I would definitely have my things out by tomorrow. Matthew, advised that would be fine and I was only charged a pro-rated amount which was awesome because I couldn't afford another full month for one day. Matthew, was extremely understanding and sympathetic to what I was dealing with. Your kindness is greatly appreciated!

Just found out I wasn’t securing my storage door properly for almost a whole year until an angel by the of Kelly/Kelley came to my rescue and showed me the proper and safe way to lock the unit. I definitely do appreciate the fact that the lady when out of her way for that, really shows a great deal of professionalism and care.
