My wife and I needed a storage unit at the very last minute.. and of course, it was a Sunday. We drove to the closest Extra Space Storage facility and called the # on the door. The customer service representative walked us through EVERYTHING. We were able to gain access into a secured facility easily and thank God, it was climate controlled as it was 106 degrees in Liberty Hill TX that day. Everything handled quickly, painlessly and the 1st month was FREE. Can't say enough about our positive experience.
