Rich!!! Amazing human being! I had an outstanding experience at Extra Space Storage thanks to one of their employees, Rich. He was phenomenal in explaining all of my storage unit options, including the different sizes available and the cost of each unit. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood exactly what would work best for my needs. What really impressed me was how thoroughly he walked me through the digital app. He made the entire process simple, convenient, and easy to understand. I especially appreciated when he said, "We always want to see you, but if we can save you some time by using our digital app, we want to make sure you know how to use it." That comment really showed that he genuinely cared about providing great service and making things easier for customers. His customer service skills were exceptional. He was personable, professional, and made the interaction feel very human and welcoming. Employees and leaders like Rich, are the reason customers keep coming back.
