Mary was very sweet and great attitude! ?? whoohoo it's very nice to come across personable people these days because I'm my opinion there isn't many left. The process to rent my storage unit was hassle free and at my own pace, the only thing I would give feedback on would be for them to not advertise that the first month is free, knowing the person must buy a lock for 19.99 and an admin fee and insurance as well. My total cost was $65 and my unit is only $47 plus $11 insurance a month. So no everyone it's not free to move in the first month but the first month rent IS DEDUCTED from the total move in cost :) that's not Mary's fault or the facilities fault either. That review is corporate's issue. This facility is clean and big and has 10pm access love the site!
