This place has the best staff. Omar is the kindest most patient and understanding individual I have done business with in some time. I have NOT had any issues with the security of my items and I have bounced around and changed units and upgraded & downgraded and all with ease with the website being so easy to navigate and the contactless renting ... Omar has been essential with my payments especially when my excuses and payments have not been so good at times ?? He has been very fair and forthcoming and that is much appreciated. The rates are extremely reasonable and competitive and they don't increase your rate every month like most places. I highly recommend this Extra Space Storage and make sure you shake Omar's hand. He deserves it.
