I hate to edit a previous 5 star review but I’ve rented at this location multiple times now and it has gone downhill since it opened. Specifically the staff and customer service at this location. They have now raised my rates and are unwilling to even discuss with me returning to my sign up rate. Lying to me about the manager not having a direct email or phone number. I have rented from other extra space locations with better service, i regret choosing this location and will be looking to move out. I highly recommend choosing another location. Stay away if possible.
