My first time dealing with Extra place Storage in North Richland Hills until last week. From the minute I first called to visiting the facility. The manager, Cheryl made me feel like a valued customer and took great care of me for storage needs. Staff very professional and welcoming. I had a situation with my account and spoke with Cheryl. I informed her of the situation, she stated she would follow up and get back to me (same day). She called me back within 15 minutes to discuss the situation. I’m happy to say the situation was taken care of and I’m very appreciative. Great customer service experience, thank you Cheryl. Oh very clean and safe storage complex.
