2024 update: My rent has increased twice within 6 months. I've only had the storage for about 1 1/2 yrs. You might as well not offer an sale to move in if you're just gonna raise it to whatever you call a normal price. I was told the computer does this "random" thing and picks who rents it wants to raise. Who setup that algorithm? Be prepared to get a rent increase every 6-7 months. If I had known that, I wouldn't have moved in. That's a scam. Meanwhile, it's "certain people" who been who's rent has never changed. Go figure. I guess cause everybody else is doing, y'all should to. That's like jumping off a bridge cause everybody else did. May be too much common sense here. Either way, Business Lost!!!
