This guy working today definitely doesn’t have customers service Jakai Weise how he handle him self today proves it very well you’re there to do a job or go home when we ask questions about our unit and bills it’s your job to answer them not blow me off and tell me you have no idea if lock is cut can’t explain charges so when I go see and come back to talk to you you lock the door say you have no time for me you have things to do I can handle this with corporate well you were just chilling on a phone anyway so I’m not sure who you thought you could treat any old way but you diffently choose wrong person I know the district manager is Rachel and I hope she handles you because I’m still going above her but if she’s good she’ll handle this as well if you don’t want in customer service than get out but this will be the last time you shut a door and lock it in a customer face and tell them if they need more help contact corporate worst service there’s ever been there extra space please train your employees customer service . I also hope corporate handle you as well I gave one star but uyou deserve zero stars

I wish I got the name of the guy who helped me today at Extra Space Storage off Dessau. He was the epitome of good customer service. I’d left my key with my partner while going to clear out my storage unit and he let me know that he could cut the lock after confirming my identity and having me sign a form. It took all of 5 minutes. I was really appreciative and would definitely use this location if I needed to again.
