I recently had an exceptional customer service from Tanner at Extra Space Storage. Tanner went above and beyond to assist me when I lost the key to my storage. After reaching out the day before, he promptly followed up with me. The next day, Tanner was fully prepared with all the necessary paperwork and equipment to help me open my storage and also made sure I had a good new lock for it.
