I've been motivated lately to write a positive review specifically just to the change in customer service. I used to dread going to the front desk and dealing with anyone because of the negative vibes. Since extra space has taken over and specifically the employee Tanner has made everything so much better. I actually do not hesitate to speak to him for any of my needs or supplies. Five stars!

This has been an amazing experience. Leaving your property to an unknown entity can be stressful. At this location, Tanner has been a God send! His knowledge and confident of the facility made me let go of those concerns. He does what he says he’s going to do! I’ve used his facility since Q1 of this year and will continue through the end of the year or more! I highly, highly, highly, recommend Tanner and Extra Space Storage!!!
