UPDATED 11-26 After speaking to Ryan, he was able to negotiate a lower rate that was affordable. I appreciated his customer service and follow-through. My complaint and rating just reflects the corporate policies but Ryan was excellent and also handled my frustration very well. Thank you Ryan. SIGNIFICANT PRICE INCREASE - UPDATED AS OF 11-20-25 I have been storing my items in this location since May and didn't have any issues. I actually downsized to a smaller unit back in August. I just got a notice that they are raising my rate from $68 a month to $125 (in January and included taxes). This is an OUTRAGEOUS INCREASE. I couldn't believe that the increase was almost $50 more. I called the office and spoke to Ryan who initially told me the change was effective on 12-8 and then corrected himself after I said that notice didn't say 12-8 and said 12-24. I terminated my contract immediately after being "reminded" about how my contract was month-to-month and they could raise rates based on availability. I'm pretty sure I was told it was a promotional rate (I actually downsized and switched units). Buyer beware I guess. Will not do business with this company again which is disappointing because I had positive experiences with the manager for the location. ----------------- Great experience with Thomas at this location. He notified me last weekend that my door wasn't closed properly and also helped me secure another cheaper storage unit better suited for my needs. Excellent customer service at this location. Highly recommend!
