Great customer service with Randall setting up my account with me and Thomas answering questions that I may have at your North Lamar location. Cool, very large and clean unit. Easy to access with a loading dock and elevators. Secure gate code for entry, and cameras. I really feel safe having stored my mother's items that I have just inherited due to her death. thank you guys for making this such a easy process through such a hard time for me.
