The place is great--clean and very secure and I really enjoyed interacting with, who I believe is their store manager, Keya. She's great--very helpful, communicative, and friendly. The reason for a 4 star review vs a 5, is that this location seems under-staffed and it's been difficult for me to get there at the right time when someone's in the office, which has been a little frustrating for me. But, once I did get into the front office, Keya helped to talk me through my concerns and fix anything that needed to be changed. I'd definitely recommend this Extra Space Storage location.
