I rented the place online and it was my first time renting a storage unit. A minute later I received a call from Michael who offered to help over the phone as well as in person. Wow, I stopped by at the place and I can definitely say that Michael went way above and beyond to guide me through my first experience. The unit was very clean, much better than I was expecting.
