They are the easiest people to work with! I drove off with the lock to my storage facility and they noticed it not on there when they did a security check. They called me and offered to put a replacement lock on there. I’ve never known any storage company to be that considerate of their customers. I highly recommend them!

This is probably the best storage company I have ever used. The property is conveniently located, secure, well-lighted, and well maintained. Prices are competitive, and management is very responsive. If you need an extra room or two, this is the place! Moving out is just as easy as moving in. Trey is one of the greatest managers I have ever worked with in a storage place - and I've worked with a lot. He is very attentive, keeps there the facility clean, and responds quickly to requests.

Stopped by on my way home to check out the rates and decided to lease a unit during the visit. The staff was fantastic, friendly and courteous. The facility is very well kept and clean. The location is easy access being right off Spring Creek.The monthly rate is what I consider fair. I will recommend the location on Spring Creek to anyone looking.

Came here by chance and so much better! The first place charged me for a unit that was already locked with stuff in it and cost more. Wandered to Extra right after that experience just by chance and they went out to double check the unit, swept it out for me and even asked if I needed help unloading my big TV. Then he even brought me plastic to cover the TV without me asking plus the unit was CHEAPER. I've needed a storage unit several times because of travel for work and this is by far been the best experience. Thank you guys!

We've been renting units for some time now. From a environment controlled unit for our scout pack to a parking space for my trailer, Extra Space Storage has always come through. Trey in the office is so very helpful and shares information of any changes or enhancements, making us feel like we're more than just renters.
