I had an excellent experience at Extra Space Storage on McDermott in Plano. The facility is spotless and well-maintained. Lagrant, the manager, was very welcoming and gave me a great tour. He showed me how to access my unit, made sure I downloaded the app, and walked me through how to use it on the spot. He was professional, helpful, and made the whole process easy. The facility is super clean, easy to access and the staff is incredibly helpful! I sized up the day I moved stuff in and Lagrant was incredibly helpful and took care of everything while my movers were moving in. 10/10 would reccomend!

I don’t do many reviews but I felt like I had to give a review on LaGrant at the ExtraSpace storage facility located on McDermott. I had a lot of questions and concerns. He answered every single one with ease. I asked so many questions that I thought he might get agitated. LaGrant was calm and courteous and did his job to perfections. I was concerned about the potential rate change and he was honest in giving me all the necessary info I needed to make my decision. Overall, I am very happy with the service LaGrant provided. If you want to get a storage at this facility, ask for LaGrant. You will get a helpful friendly knowledgeable voice on the phone. Not all reps are the same. Thank you LaGrant! Greg
