Extra space made it easy to book a space and they even had my name on my locker along with a lock to put on my door when I was done loading. The facility is CLEAN and had plenty of wheeled dollies to unload items and bring them to store.

They've upped the price by $30, made my gate code twice as long without so much as an email notification, and yet couldn't replace the low quality dolleys. Extra Space has asolutely ruined a good storage unit.

Overall, my experience has been positive; however, recently there have been frequent power outages—occurring as often as twice a week. I currently rent two units for business purposes, and these outages have created operational issues. Without power, the access gate does not open, which prevents me from loading early in the day. Additionally, the office does not open until 9:30 AM, causing further delays. If you are considering renting here, it’s important to be aware of these ongoing power-related disruptions.
