My Mother bless her heart. She gave me the code and I must’ve drove all around that facility in that big Uhaul looking for unit 311 too many times. So, I called my Mother to confirm the unit number and was repeatedly told it was 311. “MAAM, there’s not a unit 311 in this property” to keep the tension down, I called the front office because either I’m blind or my Mother, in her old age is getting senile) **I forgot the associates name, but he had sandy blonde hair, so for the sake of this review, I’ll call him Sandy** Exasperated, I called the front desk spoke with Sandy and explained my situation. After speaking with Sandy, I realized my Mother made a mistake: it wasn’t unit 311, it was building 3, unit 11 ????????? Before I could even turn that big UhAul around, here comes Sandy on his golf cart to escort me to my unit. I grew up during a time when people prided themselves on their job. Today customer service is a lost art form. Instead of escorting a customer to the aisle where the female products are, they just point their finger in the direction of the item you inquired about. It’s good to know in a world where customer service is low on the totem pole for businesses, there’s people, like Sandy, to remind us that’s there’s genuine people out there that still go the extra mile. Sandy, if you’re reading this, I scanned the QR code, but forgot to do the review. This is that review. If your employer STILL wants the “official” review completed, then by all means, drop a link in the response. Thanks for making a Son’s day a little smoother, because it wouldn’t have taken 10 hrs to move my Mother if washing clothes wasn’t a priority DURING THE MOVE. God bless you, Brother.
