Richwood storage unit on 288b if you been renting there for years multiple years with no insurance they will break in your s*** blame it on people breaking in and put a new lock on it and then claim they can do nothing about it after years of rental over 11 years to be exact they'll call a cop out just to have a fake paperwork done so the moral of the story is if you're going to go to richwood storage unit on 288b get insurance and they won't break into your s*** but if you don't have insurance after a few years they'll break in your s*** take what they want put a other lock on it and then tell you they can't do s*** if you didn't get any storage insurance best advice from me to you is move out or get full coverage insurance and that way the inside Job won't occur believe that's how they know if you've been coming in and out of the gate and once they see that you haven't been coming there for a while that gives them the opportunity to go ahead and burglarize your unit and cover it up so with no insurance they don't have to look into it so again for your safety and the safety of all your belongings if you want truth and honesty do not go there honestly speaking and was never late on a bill they didn't make any other contacts besides to the richwood Police department and to the front desk he was working at that's no help at all a waste of time corporate should look into it for better security for their clients and their units for 100% comfortability for future renters to have comfortability and where their belongings reside.
