I have 3 things to say about this amazing establishment/storage facility etcetera.... % truly recommend you lease a storage unit here , you won't regret it If I could say more I would !!! Number 1 , Esther , young lady, you are an example of what facilities like this Extra Space Facility needs on the premises. You are new to management here and yet you are crushing it. You are a primary example of what I call above and beyond service !!! Secondly, management in general worked with me , and when I say worked with me , they gave me time and reminders of my past due balance. I reached my deadline , made my payment and was able to clear my belongings in 24 hours. Not to mention I needed couple of hour's more and was able to come back early in the morning and left the storage clean sweeped , because this.is exactly how storage units should be turned in at all times ! Last but not least, oh my goodness !!! Kddos to this facility on keeping the whole place critter free , and I mean clean slate free from rats critters and so forth!!!
