Great Experience renting here, I could sign a contract and move in before the day was out. User friendly website, of course that was when it was still managed by Lock Away Storage. I hope Extra Space keeps the website simple and easy to use. They’re on the right track already because the person they have working at the Bracken location is super friendly and easy to talk to. Moving out was even easier than moving in! I just notified the front office, took my stuff (including the lock) and left without another word. Thank you!

Was able to get into a unit quickly and all online without going to office. The website when getting a unit needs work, alot of the options won’t let you choose any of the options & it also said I was getting a Bluetooth lock unit but it was a manual lock. Still fairly easy to get a unit right away esp when the office closes.
