Everything was in order after securing unit online. Went in lock was ready, codes worked and unit ready. Like the fact that if your unit is in a different area you can’t get in from another area via access codes. That was an oops on my part for not asking, but a nice learning experience. Thank You.

This storage facility is very clean. I love how they have the dollies by the elevator. It makes it even more convenient to move your stuff from your car to your storage unit. Sarah was very nice, very helpful and she walked me through the whole process. She was very professional. ??

Sarah the store manager has been VERY VERY HELPFUL along the entire process of beginning our storage rental, BUT....the 1-800 customer support people on the other hand are LAZY AND RIDICULOUS and stupid. We had SOOO MUCH TROUBLE last night with the 24 hr access and then for them to tell me that I had NO ACCESS whatsoever and then the next day....Sarah confirmed that I DO have 24 hrs access. All this TROUBLE because of the lazy customer support people. Thanks again

Dez is absolutely amazing and made my hunt for a new storage facility a pleasant experience. The facility is very clean and easily accessible. The price cannot be beat. I am getting a larger unit for less than half the price of my former storage facility. I highly recommend this place. Edit: Unfortunately, the on-site manager, Sarah, made my stay very short. She is extremely rude, unprofessional, and treated me horribly when all I did was ask for clarification on a price she had quoted me over the phone. Over the phone, I asked if my current price would be honored if I paid for a year in advance. Sarah stated that the total amount would be $1725.00 and that would pay until March of 2025. I went to the site to speak to her in person because I was paying $75.00 a month. The math did not add up. I was kind and calm and stated that I may have misunderstood her on the phone so I was asking for clarification. She VERY RUDELY told me what the system shows. I kindly acknowledged my understanding of her not having any control over the system and asked her to do the math and help me understand. She abruptly turned her computer screen toward me to show me the amount of $1725.00. I told her I don't understand their computer system and asked how that amount was calculated. She spoke harshly to me and treated me as if I am a stupid idiot and then huffed as she used a pull-down menu which showed the number of months one can rent a unit for and the calculations for the time of rental. There was another customer in line behind me who witnessed the entire ordeal. As I turned to exit the building, the customer behind me exclaimed, "Oh wow." Sarah has no business in the customer service industry. She was obviously angry about something and she chose to take it all out on me even though I was very calm and kind. I even acknowledged her not having control of what the system says and only asked for her to validate the error in calculations. I can no longer recommend this facility due to who runs it. It was one of the most awful experiences I have ever had with a member of management. Sarah is horrible and should consider taking employment elsewhere.
