The absolute worst experience of my life and to think that the lady from the front Claudia she told me that if I was homeless because she saw a sign that I had that said homeless lives matter to justice for Andrew my son who was killed in a hit-and-run November 19th 2025 and ever since that day I've been homeless and because of this she says that people like me don't belong in her storage facility or my dog does not belong in her property. That is just the absolute most worst thing ever is to be told that my dog cannot be with me wherever I go because she's with me anywhere and everywhere since my son died cute German shepherd husky and because I'm homeless she decides to say that people like me don't belong in her facility but first she started with my dog she said dogs are not allowed or on the property or in the facility but see that's the thing my dog and I run together and if she can't allow my dog there then I won't stay there when I told her that I was going to be getting with corporate office she didn't want to give me the number and then the following day she called the police on me after somebody she got to almost run me over leaving the facility driving as ugly as they were she didn't tell them anything but she told me that since I look homeless that man said that there was a homeless person in the facility that was me a paying customer that I've already paid my storage I only had it for one week and she's already treating me this way the worst part is is when I told her that the reason why I'm homeless is because of my son passing away and I can't even bury him after 3 months cuz I can't get no help I just crumbled when she decides to tell me that people like me don't belong there. To even think that they could treat people like that. What is wrong with this world today I told her this can happen to you and she just passed it off as whatever. Today I went and I did not take my dog into the premises but she did run at me when I was coming out of the gate and because of that she said that I had my dog on the facility and restricted me from getting onto the facility or in my storage until the end of the month so now what am I supposed to do. I can't believe they have her as a manager she's supposed to set an example but all she is is just putting the name of extra space storage in the worst part of a discrimination lawsuit. But she left the body when I told her that I was going to do something about it as if because I'm homeless nobody's going to listen and that's the thing nobody ever listens when you're homeless or what's going to happen now is I'm going to make sure that you listen to me I'm going to yell it loud and clear. This is my son victim of hit an run whom I still can't get help to bury him I'm homeless an falling apart for lack of help from the people whom should of been helping long ago. So that's why I'm homeless
