Office personnel were courteous, friendly, professional and went out of their way to accommodate me. Kaylee had started the paperwork earlier in the afternoon. When I called again to finish taking care of the paperwork I was stopped in the U-Haul on the side of the road 600 miles away. It was raining, 5:00 p.m almost closing time and I still had to find a hotel. Hector handled everything in minutes so that when I pulled in 2 days later, I went straight to my storage unit. A friend and I unloaded and left when finished.

Rachel was a gem. From the beginning of this journey it was effortless. I only stayed about 3 months with this storage space but everything was fairly easy, affordable and convenient. Overall a great experience I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a place to store their keepsakes.
