Update as of 5/21- Received a call 5/20 that my unit had water collected under the door and the lock wasn’t working correctly. Ayana was who I worked with to get the issue corrected. I went in 5/21 and she met me at my unit, viewed the damage, got me into a new unit at no extra charge and advised me how to file a claim. She was very helpful! Hope the rest of our time here goes well.. Original 5/17/26- Rented with First Storage last month. I just received an email to submit payment for Extra Space Storage. I received no notification there was a change in management. No notification the rental amount significantly increased. Very disappointing considering all the reviews.
