This place seems reasonably priced initially, but quickly raises prices to an unreasonable point. Over the span of one year, My rates for my unit went from $42 per month, to $84 per month, up to finally $109 per month. This was for a 5x10 unit, the smallest that they have. I pre-paid as much as was possible (just 4 months) to ensure that I was getting the same rate for as long as possible. After my initial four month prepaid. Was up, the first rate increase occurred. It was double what I was paying previously. Additionally, this place claims to be climate controlled and the last several times that I went to this unit, there did not appear to be any AC at all. I question how much it was actually climate controlled. It took forever to reach anyone on the phone about concerns and often the manager would have to give me a call back after I requested to talk with someone at the physical location. Most commonly, when I called, I was speaking with a representative in a call center nowhere near this location.
We sincerely apologize, Corri, for the inconvenience and frustration you have experienced with us. Your concerns regarding the significant pricing increases on your 5x10 unit are completely valid, and we understand how alarming and unexpected these rate changes must have been.
