Only needed my unit for a few months but reserving, setting up and eventually accessing my unit was a breeze! Online website was very easy to navigate. Darrel was there when I went in to grab my lock and key and gave me instructions on where my unit was. Seeing that I don’t need the unit anymore, I closed out my account and Darrel again was there to confirm my cancellation and answer any questions I had. Both interactions I had with him were very prompt, polite and easy! Should I ever need a unit again in the future I will not hesitate to come back to this location. Thanks Darrell!!
