Beware of the onsite rats that can get inside your unit. Rats chewed and damaged some of my items and left feces in my 10x20 unit. I discussed with the manager, who asked for evidence photos, which I emailed along with a request to keep rats out of my unit. I have not received a response from the manager.

Awesome place and people. Had one issue where the fee was increased and the onsite manager Darell addressed it immediately as well as the team manager. They took care of the issue immediately I would highly recommend these people. They take care of their customers. No other place in this area that I would recommend more than these folks.
