I have always loved this location UNTIL..... the recent change in store management.I have had 2 units for years and never once had any problems until NOW.... I am going to be taking my bussiness elsewhere immediately my 2 large units and not only that I will also be telling my sister and a couple of good friends that I have referred to this location to take thier bussiness elsewhere ... It really is a shame because before this change in staff I loved everything about the location and the great customer service .... I guess not everyone can be a star employee always so nice and helpful like the previous manager . After 4 years I will no longer recommend this storage location to anyone looking for a hassle free storage experience . If you are in the area there are some great deals and very helpful individuals at a "brand new facility"who have already helped me lock in an unbelievable price for a whole year. . . My advice look around before coming to this location .
