WARNING: My new $UTV and $Trailer were STOLEN here, along with ‘Numerous’ Other Customers belongings / vehicles in the lot! Happened at the same time the manager at that time relocated to a different location (same company). Coincidentally?, probably not. That managers uncle had been living in a trailer parked inside the same gated customer lot (advertised as secure and monitored). The new manager arrived and noticed many empty spaces that were still active customers and called everyone to see if their vehicle/property was supposed to be present on the lot or not. It was confirmed many vehicles, campers, trailers were stolen. I was told, by them, that they didn’t want to take the time necessary to go through all the video footage history to catch who stole everyone’s property. They could have confirmed the people, vehicles, and probably license plates involved but chose not to out of laziness and lack of care for customers financial loss and the repercussions it caused us. I lost over $20k of property value and also had still been paying rent for some time after my UTV was already stolen and gone before discovery. I was never reimbursed for anything. It is not a secure facility and the management does not monitor anything at all and will not take any responsibility for anything or do a single thing for you if your property is stolen under there watch. Utterly disappointed! PS: an appropriate formal apology or effort to make things right was never offered. To Management: Feel free to do what you can to make it right for me, its never too late!! It was entirely your own negligence, and possibly a planned theft scheme by that manager and her uncle living inside the premises with all the vehicles planned to take place conveniently immediately before she transferred locations.
