I've had multiple units at this storage facility for more than 20 years. The facility has been owned and run by three different companies during that time. The facility is currently very clean inside and out whenever I visit, the exterior is freshly painted and looks great, and most importantly the security seems strong enough so that I have confidence my stuff is safe. I attribute some of this to Extra Space, but most of it to the on site Manager, Nikki. She stays on top of most everything and keeps it really ship-shape! At the same time she is friendly and makes time to know her customers. Whenever we have had an issue, Nikki has been quick to assist. During the 20+ years we've been customers, she is by far the best manager we have had. I recommend the Extra Space Storage located at 23860 US281 North to anyone in the area that needs a storage facility.

I try to never leave bad reviews but this was deserving of one. Went to visit my storage unit for the first time. I wanted to go to the front desk incase I needed to check in. I saw there was a doorbell on the wall outside the front office with a sign. I pressed the doorbell and got no response. I saw there was someone at the front desk and wait a bit but assumed I didn't press the button hard enough and they can't see me. I tried press the bell again but still no response. I politely knocked on the door and the lady looked up and aggressive made gestures to come in and greeted me angrily and as if I was stupid. Telling me she didn't understand why i was just standing there. I told her I tried ringing first and she aggressively said "yeah it doesn't work". I would highly not recommend service from this location. Absolutely not how you should ever talk to someone.

I would like to say a “BIG TANK YOU” to Nicki for going the extra mile in helping us get a much needed lower rate which we have not had for many years. She takes time to listen and understands and tries her best to work with the customer . She truly cares about what does and it shows. Thank you Will for making sure things run smoothly when Nicki needs a break. I would recommend this storage site it is always clean and organized and great service.

Everything was great. The staff was a pleasure to work with and made everything extremely easy and they were very helpful .
