? 1 STAR — DO NOT STORE YOUR VALUABLES HERE I strongly recommend GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE. I regret trusting this facility with my belongings. I had expensive collectible items stolen from my storage unit, and the way this situation has been handled has been incredibly disappointing. When you're paying a company to store your property, you expect reasonable security and for serious theft concerns to be treated seriously. That has not been my experience. One of my biggest concerns is the security setup. The facility only allows those small, inexpensive cylinder-style locks on the units. Customers are not given the option to use their own high-security lock or add a heavier-duty lock of their choice. These types of locks provide me very little confidence when you're storing expensive property. After having valuable collectibles stolen, the fact that customers have limited options for securing their own units is extremely concerning. I also asked about reviewing security footage to determine when my belongings may have been stolen and was told that I would need a subpoena to obtain that information. Whatever the facility's policy may be, being told that I couldn't review information that might help determine what happened left me with even more questions and frustration. Then there's the temperature issue. Temperatures inside the facility have been reaching approximately 79–82°F. If you're storing valuable collectibles, memorabilia, electronics, or other temperature-sensitive items, think very carefully before putting them here. Those temperatures can be a serious concern for certain types of stored property. What makes this experience even more frustrating is the inconsistency in how things are handled. Months before my belongings were stolen, I accidentally left two pieces of cardboard outside my unit. The facility charged me a $50 trash-removal fee within 24 hours. So apparently two pieces of cardboard were important enough to warrant a $50 charge, but after expensive collectibles went missing, I did not feel that same level of urgency or concern regarding my property. At this point, between the theft of valuable belongings, limited lock options, concerns about security, restricted access to surveillance information, temperatures reaching 79–82°F, and the way my concerns have been handled, I cannot recommend this facility. If you have anything valuable, especially expensive collectibles, I would think twice before storing them here. Ask about the security cameras, who can access the footage, what kind of locks you're allowed to use, what the actual interior temperatures are, and what happens if your property is stolen. I wish I had asked those questions before trusting this facility with my belongings. Don't make the same mistake I did. Take your valuables somewhere else.??
