We have been renting here for a year and recently downsized in the same location. Rachel at the Culebra office was fantastic. She helped out and answered any questions or concerns we had. Gave us the best deal and was straightforward with costs and possible price increases. Facility is clean and secure.

Very nice storage facility. Secure, well kept, and clean. The ladies in the office are amazing. They are very nice and helpful. They were right on top of making sure all was good with my rental and move in.

Rachel has been amazing. I currently rent a storage in San Antonio but I live out of state. Anytime I have issues with dealing with billing or access to my storage, she just helps me out and makes sure we can get my issues taken care of. I never feel that I'm not being heard when I speak with her. Thank you Rachel for making sure I can have a storage that is taken care of even when life gets in the wah and especially with me not living in the same state!
