Just rented with them . I pay $125 for 10 by 5 unit . When we got shown our unit there was dry mud and dust all over , we got told they clean it before move in and dust the sides etc. I go in a day after my move in date , not even the same day, SATURDAY and my unit was still a mess. I had to go buy my own cleaners and take an hour sweeping and mopping it out . I complained to customer service kiosk and showed them photos and they said they would note it on my account since I had to buy supplies for maybe some discount etc for having to spend my time and money on a Storage that should have been cleaned . Anyways not one single person has contacted me since then . I should have known it was a red flag renting when we were in the office and police showed up during day time hours because someone trailer was stolen behind the gate during day light with people around!!!there is also no Dollie’s at all only push carts. Kinda annoying . Doors don’t remain open either when u carry things inside. Magnets are bottoms are broken so it shuts and u need the code every time while moving your things inside .
