Well here's an update.With exception from Arturo and Angel in the front who have been very helpful.But the insurance we pay for doesn't cover anything.There is a beetle infestation on the 3rd floor the gentlemen in the front said it was from another unit having deer feed and all my stuff got ruined couches,clothes ,bed and furniture was all. infested.The lady from the insurance said it's not considered damaged and told me it could be wiped off.Were not talking about one or two were talking about hundreds.So my loss was over 5000 dollars and they couldn't compensate me for anything.I cant take the stuff home because I just remodeled my home and we have a newborn Baby in the house.These beetles are still alive and multiplying.I guess she was insinuating that I should wipe everything down myself but like I said they are all over the place.So I would think twice about moving into this storage and there's the pictures prove it.They are also on the hallway.Four years of paying insurance and storage and now I have two weeks to get out and get rid of everything.I called the number it just transfers me to the same location where I have the problem at.
