Being taken over by another company now I don’t have access on my phone and the locks no longer work because this was a completely Bluetooth system. This facility is going to constantly have problems now I’ll be looking to move as soon as I find another unit in the area.

UPDATE: The review under this WAS when this was FIRST STORAGE. I called to make a payment and the lady that answered at first transferred me without saying anything and the second one was RUDE and LAZY. No people skills, no customer service skills, just kept saying "ion know, call the manager, yeah , ion know why it change. Call them and ask". FIRST INTERACTION AND ITS ALREADY HORRIBLE. Rep didn't put any energy to helping me with the transition that EXTRA SPACE STORAGE didn't do ANYTHING to notify my husband about the change, ridiculous!! Then on top of that she said my balance was $166??????? So you lose my account, say you "find it" and then ram my rate up??? This is a HORRIBLE transition. Moved here to a larger unit, the new Manager Alex Villanueva is AMAZING!! Made the transition so smooth and easy. Answered all my questions and was very transparent about what we needed to know about our new spot! Very energetic and helpful, truly the best. Had dealt with previous manager and she was very rude and short worded and made it seem like we were a bother. So happy a change in management. And since change in management the facility has been much cleaner and operable! It was exhausting always seeing the 1st floor trash can overflowing or the carts all be on one floor and not available for the basement ... This change has been great for the business and customers! Keep it up!!

Rented with First Storage last month. I just received an email to submit payment for Extra Space Storage. I received no notification there was a change in management. No notification the rental amount significantly increased. Very disappointing considering all the reviews.

Bea has been so helpful --I have a business that uses First Storage for storage and anytime I am at the facility and Bea is there everything is taken care of (rain, wind, or extreme cold)! She stands there next to me until it gets sorted out. Wish we could always have her anywhere we have business! Thanks Bea!
