I first talked with Ali and he seemed really helpful and wanted to try to help me. He got me in contact with the actual storage place I meant to call and I wasn’t thrilled to hear how the whole process works. Ali mentioned a possible discount off one of the introductory charges and that could not be done after all. Also, the facility let me know price would go up in 2 months and can continue to go up. This was my fist storage rental so maybe this is just standard but it was a surprise.
