Victor is incredibly helpful! Clean & safe storage units. Reasonably priced! Update: had to come in today because the app is trash, but I needed to upgrade my unit and Cynthia helped me. Again, 5 Star Service! Highly recommend this place! ?????????? Update 11/29/24 Jacob helped me today with my move out because I’m moving out of state and he was so incredibly kind & helpful! Made the process very smooth and quick! I have had my storage here for 6 years and the staff have always been pleasant and overly helpful. I cannot recommend them enough! ???????????????????? Update again 09/22/26 I had to leave things behind and today finally moved my things out completely. I had an issue with a different ES Storage facility here in San Antonio and Hilda came to the rescue by contacting their corporate support for me. I also had lost the key to my unit and she cut the lock off for free so I could get my belongings. I have always had nothing but amazing customer service at the location on De Zavala and have never seen any bugs or rodents. It is very clean and the new manager, Hilda, is incredibly kind and helpful. If you’re looking for somewhere to store your property, this place is the best!
